Sweet BBQ Ribs in the Oven

This recipe uses our famous "Sweet Backyard BBQ" Rub to create mouth watering Kansas City style pork spare ribs in the comfort of your kitchen...

What You Need:

1 - Rack Pork Spare Ribs

1 - Jar Sweet Backyard BBQ

1 - Large Baking Sheet

1 - Oven Safe Elevated cooking rack

1 - 2 ft Piece of Aluminum Foil


1 - Start prepping your spare rib by removing the membrane off the back side of the ribs.. See how HERE

2 - Now cover all sides of the ribs with an even coating of our signature Sweet Backyard BBQ Rub and place the ribs in a covered container in your fridge for at least 3 hours.

3 - Place your Marinated ribs on a elevated baking rack and place the rack onto a large baking sheet.

4 - Cover the ribs with a piece of aluminum foil so that the entire rib is covered except for the bottom.

5 - Preheat your oven to 275 degrees.

6 - Place the baking sheet, elevated rack and ribs into the center rack of your preheated oven.

7 - Bake for 3 hours at 275 degrees. (rib meat should shrink back from the bone when finished)

8 - Finally, Place the ribs on a cutting board and rest the meat for 5-7 minutes before cutting and serving..

9 - Enjoy!
