Smoked Sausage Bites



  • Start up your smoker and smoke the sausage at 220°F until the internal temperature has reached 160°F

  • Leave smoker on and remove the sausages, let cool while you thickly slice up some of the cheddar cheese

  • Start to assemble your bites on a baking tray. Cracker, Cheese, Grilling Gods Sweet Backyard BBQ (sprinkle a good amount on each piece of cheese), then slice up your sausage and place on top of the cheese.

  • Put tray back in the smoker for 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted ( checking at 5 minutes)

  • While the cheese is melting thinly slice some fresh Jalapeños

  • Once cheese has melted pull the tray out of smoker and add the jalapeños and eat right away!

  • Optional, you can drizzle the top with ranch, or try some Mexican crema. Enjoy!
