Smoked Pork Tenderloin
2 (1-1/2 lb) pork tenderloins
4-5 Tablespoons of Grilling Gods Sweet Backyard BBQ rub
1/4 Cup apple juice
Pat the pork loin dry with a paper towel. Trim any excess fat on the top that is over 1/4 inch thick.
Sprinkle on all sides Grilling Gods Sweet Backyard BBQ rub
cover and place in refrigerator to marinate for 2-3 hours or overnight.
Pre-Heat smoker to 225°F
Place in smoker and smoke for 2 1/2 hours - 3 hours or until the internal temperature is 145°F
Mix 1/4 cup apple juice and 1 tablespoon of Grilling Gods Sweet Backyard BBQ and spritz the loin every 30 minutes.
Once its reached 145°F take out of smoker and spritz again and let sit for 10 minutes then slice against the grain and serve.
