1/4oz instant yeast (2 1/4 tsp)
1 tsp white sugar
1 cup warm water (110*)
2 1/2 cups King Arthur bread flour
2 1/3 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp kosher salt
1-Preheat oven to 450° F.
2-In a large bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in 1 cup warm water (110F*). Let stand until creamy, about 10 minutes.
Add flour, salt and butter. Mix until a smooth ball. Then Rest 5 minutes.
3-Roll dough out on a lightly floured surface into a roughly 15” circle (3” larger than the pan). Place dough on to a lightly buttered pizza pan. Roll up excess 3” off dough to create the crust (fill with shredded cheese and or pepperoni for stuffed crust). Brush the crust evenly with a small amount of melted butter, Then sprinkle entire dough with roughly about a 1/2 tsp of Salt of the Gods and a 1/2 tsp of Slice of Heaven. Next, add pizza sauce (15oz can of plain tomato sauce, 6oz tomato paste, 1/2 tsp Salt of the Gods and 2 Tbsp Slice of Heaven)
Add Cheese then desired toppings and bake in preheated oven for 15 mins, or until golden brown. Let baked pizza cool for 5 minutes before serving.
