Low Carb Zucchini Parmesan Chips

Ingredients:

1-2 Fresh Zucchini

1/4 Cup parmesan cheese

1/4 cup mozzarella cheese

1 tsp Grilling Gods Slice of Heaven

1 tsp Grilling Gods Salt of the Gods

1 Jalapeño (optional)


Directions:

  • Start by washing the zucchini then slice each zucchini into slices that are about 1/4 inch thick.

  • Pre-heat the oven to 425°F

  • Prep a large baking sheet with tin foil or parchment paper.

  • Spread out the sliced zucchini rounds on to the large baking sheet and don't worry too much if there is little space in between each one.

  • Sprinkle each zucchini slice with some Grilling Gods Salt of the Gods

  • Sprinkle each zucchini slice with mozzarella cheese

  • Optional but we LOVE the added heat! Wash and slice a jalapeño into thin slices brush off the seeds if you want less heat. Then add the slices of jalapeño on top of the the mozzarella cheese.

  • Sprinkle a generous amount of parmesan cheese on top of the zucchini/salt of the gods/optional jalapeño for the next layer

  • Sprinkle Grilling Gods Slice of Heaven on top of each pile of zucchini chips

  • Bake in the oven at 425°F for 10-20 minutes, check them at 10 minutes and if you would like the cheese more brown add 5 minutes at a time until you get your desired color.

Enjoy warm and you can dip in some marinara sauce!
