Garlic Butter Sheet Pan Chicken & Green Beans


2-4 small chicken breast

1Lb fresh green beans

1/2 Cup melted butter

1 tbsp. Grilling Gods Salt of the Gods

1 tbsp. Grilling Gods Southern Heat


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a rimmed half sheep pan with non-stick spray.

  2. Melt butter in a small bowl then add the Salt of the Gods rub. Set aside.

  3. Trim the ends of the green beans and place in a single layer on the sheet pan.

  4. Season the chicken breast with Southern Heat on the both sides and lay on top of the green beans.

  5. Pour the butter/SOTG mixture on top of the chicken and green beans.

  6. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F

  7. Serve hot! Enjoy
