Crispy Parmesan Chicken


1 Scallion

1 Lemon


1/4 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs

1/4 Cup Parmesan cheese

2 Tbsp. Sour Cream

4 thin chicken breast

1 Tbsp. Grilling Gods Southern Heat

2 Tbsp. Grilling Gods Salt of the Gods


1-Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

2-In a small bowl combine panko, parmesan, 1 Tbsp. Salt of the Gods, and 1 Tbsp. Southern Heat (you can add another Tbsp. of Southern Heat if you want it more spicy), a large drizzle of oil, and lemon zest from half a lemon.

3-Pack chicken dry with a paper towel. Season all over with Salt of the Gods. Place on a baking sheet.

4-Spread tops of chicken with sour cream. Then, mound with panko mixture pressing to adhere (no need to coat the underside of chicken)

5-Place baking sheet in the oven and roast until chicken is cooked through about 15 minutes. Chicken should reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
