Boneless Turkey Breast Roast


  • 3 lbs fresh boneless turkey roast in casing

  • 4 cups cold water

  • 1/4 cup kosher salt

  • 1/4 cup Grilling Gods Salt of the Gods rub

  • 1/8 cup Grilling Gods Slice of Heaven rub


  • Place Turkey Brest in large bowl and add water and Grilling Gods Salt of the Gods and kosher salt (make sure the water mixture fully covers the turkey breast, if not add more water until its fully covered) place in refrigerator.

  • Brine overnight or up to 15 hours

  • Preheat oven to 350°F

  • Liberally coat the entire turkey breast with Grilling Gods salt free, Slice of Heaven rub

  • Place in pan uncovered and cook in oven for 90 minutes or until the internal temperature is 160°F

  • Let rest 5 minutes, then slice

The brine allows for this turkey breast roast to be SO moist and tender!
