This is a Simple to use recipe for amazing and succulent Rib-Eyes every time!!
2 - Locally sourced quality Rib eyes
1 - Jar of Steak & Bake Seasoning
1 - Cover thawed rib-eyes with an even coating of our Steak & Bake rub on all sides.
2 - Cover with wax paper and place seasoned rib-eyes on the counter at room temperature for 20-30 minutes.
3 - Pre-heat your Gas or Charcoal Grill and Set to HIGH.
4 - Sear Rib-eyes over high heat on EACH SIDE for 1 minute with lid closed.
5 -Transfer steak to indirect heat OR reduce heat to LOW and follow the guidelines below for cook times.
Thickness Medium Rare 120° To 130° F
1" 5 minutes EACH SIDE
1.5" 6 minutes EACH SIDE
2" 7 minutes EACH SIDE
6 - Let cooked rib-eyes rest for 5-7 minutes before serving.
7 - Serve and Enjoy!
