Smoked Chicken Wings
3-6 lbs Chicken wings
2 Tbs Olive oil
1/4-1/2 C Grilling Gods Southern Heat rub
1. Separate wings into drumettes and wings, if necessary.
2. Pat wings dry.
3. Place wings in a container, add Grilling Gods Southern Heat rub and olive oil over chicken and mix together.
4. Let wings rest for at least an hour or over night if you can!
5. Heat your smoker to 275°
6. Place wings on smoker and cook for about 45-60 minutes until internal temperature is 165°
