5 Whole Roma Tomatoes diced
1/4 Large Yellow Onion diced
1/4 Cup cilantro minced
1/2 Large Jalapeno Pepper minced, seeded if you want a more mild taste
2 Tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
2 Tablespoons Grilling Gods Salt of the Gods seasoning
1.Dice roma tomatoes and yellow onion
2.Mince cilantro and Jalapeno pepper (remove the seeds from the jalapeno pepper if you want a more mild taste)
3. Add tomatoes, onion, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice and Salt of the Gods into a large bowl. Mix and taste, add more Salt of the Gods if needed.
4.Cover and place in fridge until ready to serve!
