Easy Smoked Jerky



  • Mix ground beef, cure powder #1, Sweet Backyard BBQ, and water. Let sit in fridge for an hour or up to 24 hours.

  • Load mixture into your jerky gun and form strips on greased jerky racks.

  • Set smoker to 175 and cook until desired texture is reached, likely 3-4 hours

  • These were cooked on a camp chef XXL with cherry charwood pellets and were cooked for four hours.
