Carb-Free Fajitas


Ingredients:

4 - Thinly Cut pieces of Steak

1 - Sliced Red Bell Pepper

1 - Sliced Green Bell Pepper

1/2 - Sliced Onion

2 - Cups of Tillamook 2 Cheese Mexican Blend

4 - 12" pieces of cooking string

1 - Serving of Salt of the Gods All-Purpose Garlic Seasoning Salt

Instructions:

1 - Tenderize Meat and Flatten out

2 - Apply Salt of the Gods evenly to both sides and let marinate (the Longer the Stronger)

3 - Saute the Onion and Peppers in olive oil

4 - Add even amounts of the already sauteed veggies to each piece of steak

5 - Add even amounts of Cheese to each piece of steak

6 - Neatly roll up each steak piece so that the ingredients sit nicely in the roll

7 - Use your 12" pieces of cooking string to firmly tie each steak roll

8 - Trim the ends of each string

9 - Cook on high heat with olive oil in the pan or on the grill for 10-12 minutes depending on thickness and preferred wellness making sure to flip each roll halfway through

10. Remove strings and serve whole or cut in to pin wheel servings

11 - Enjoy!
