Cedar Plank Burgers

  1. Soak Cedar plank in water for 1 hour and preheat the grill to medium-high (400°F)

  2. Gently form beef into 2 half-pound patties. Season with our Steak & Bake seasoning.

  3. Place burger patties and sliced onion on soaked plank.

  4. Place the loaded plank on grill and close the lid.

  5. Have a spray bottle of water handy for flare-ups.

  6. Once the burger is cooked to your preferred temperature, remove from grill.

  7. Briefly grill your buns until warm.

  8. Build your burger, serve and enjoy!
