Easy Smoked Jerky

Ingredients: 2lbs 93/7 ground beef 1/2tsp cure powder #1 2tbs Sweet Backyard BBQ 1/4C water Directions: Mix ground beef, cure powder #1, Sweet Backyard BBQ, and water. Let sit in fridge for an hour or up to 24 hours. Load mixture into your jerky gun and form strips on greased jerky racks. Set smoker to 175 and cook until desired texture is reached, likely 3-4 hours These were cooked on a camp chef XXL with cherry charwood pellets and were cooked for four hours.
