Cedar Plank Burgers

Soak Cedar plank in water for 1 hour and preheat the grill to medium-high (400°F) Gently form beef into 2 half-pound patties. Season with our Steak & Bake seasoning. Place burger patties and sliced onion on soaked plank. Place the loaded plank on grill and close the lid. Have a spray bottle of water handy for flare-ups. Once the burger is cooked to your preferred temperature, remove from grill. Briefly grill your buns until warm. Build your burger, serve and enjoy!
